Clarity before commitment.

01

Talk about the business

Share the goal, what is getting stuck, and the context behind it. The first conversation is about fit.

02

Define the responsibility

Agree on the useful starting point, who owns what, and what progress should look like.

03

Confirm the investment

Review a proposal with a clear scope and price before work begins.

A few practical questions.

Is the first conversation a paid audit?

No. The initial conversation is a no-charge discussion about your situation and whether Blazon is a fit. A Growth Visibility Audit is a separate paid engagement with research, evidence and a roadmap.

Do I have to start with an audit?

No. An audit is useful when the diagnosis is unclear. If the problem and scope are already well understood, a build or partnership may be the better starting point.

Is everything included in a partnership?

No. We agree on specific growth responsibilities and capacity. Major website builds, large automation systems, extensive creative production and substantial new-channel launches are normally scoped separately.

What changes the price?

Complexity, the number of sites or markets, implementation needs, speed, risk and the level of responsibility. The proposal explains what is included and what is separate.
